Since the early 1990's we have been integrating vision systems into our control solutions. We work closely with leading vision system suppliers to produce the best vision solution possible for each application.

Vision systems are becoming increasingly more important in ensuring product quality, and can be used in many circumstances to check a wide range of items. From missing part inspection to measurement and from code reading to Optical Character Recognition / Verification (OCR/OCV), we are sure to find a solution to meet your requirement.

We have access to in-house mechanical design facilities and can create custom brackets for cameras, lighting, indeed anything required to complete the total package.

Vision systems can be supplied on a camera only basis, or as part of a complete solution encompassing cameras, lighting, custom made mountings and control systems with reject mechanisms, or anywhere in-between.
