Machinery for Aerosols - Aerosol Concepts
A ‘standard’ aerosol pack comprises a can, valve, actuator nozzle and cap. The can is filled with product, the valve inserted and crimped in place whilst evacuating the can and the propellant filled through the valve. The aerosol is then coded, checkweiged, pressure and leak tested before the actuator/cap is placed prior to packaging.
This involves ten operations to create a standard aerosol. Special aerosols usually need further operations.
DH supplies a complete range of Pamasol equipment for production and testing of standard aerosols, from semi-automatic systems to high-performance systems handling up to 600 aerosol containers per minute. An outstanding feature of these machines is their practical and user-friendly concept.
Modular
Thanks to the modular design of the systems, we can respond to our customers’ needs and can develop individual solutions.
Flexible
Suppliers have to repeatedly face new challenges in global competition. The continued implementation of technological progress is essential. DH and Pamasol are in the forefront of this progress, continuously innovating and developing equipment for the aerosol industry.
Systems that are already in operation can thereby be adapted or expanded to changing conditions. For our customers, this ensures the greatest possible flexibility when adapting to new markets.
